CloudNine Web Services, formerly CloudNine Webhosting, is a shared, reseller, VPS, dedicated server and colocation host founded in March 2003 . CloudNine maintains servers primarily in Arlington, Virginia, however we have select services in the United Kingdom and Australia. CloudNine also offers contract work in web design, web development, client-side programming and server repair.

We’re a very lighthearted group. Don’t get us wrong, we take issues very seriously and care deeply about our clients – but the staff here is always up for a laugh, and, in fact, encourages customers to call us for no reason if they hear a funny joke they wish to share.

CloudNine was founded primarily as a developer’s host. This means that our packages include PHP, Perl, Ruby, MySQL, cURL, Imagemagick, GD, Apache, and more, all running comfortably on cPanel 11 with Fantastico. We’re a host with a dedication to top quality service and an unmatchable feature set. Our founder has been known to refer to the company as “the Maserati of hosting” on several occassions, and we take that philosophy very seriously – we don’t oversell, we don’t outsource, and we don’t cut corners to save cash in vital areas like customer support and shared hosting server specifications. To the general public, this means guaranteed compatibility with any scripts they may want to use, and a stable, always-online platform.
