Initial Setup Services

CloudNine cares about our clients, and now offers an Initial Setup service for new clients. This is designed to get the foundation of a website up-and-running for clients without their interaction. It is purchased separately, and can only be purchased with a hosting account.

The Initial Setup service costs $49.99 one-time without a domain, or $59.99 with one. (A domain is a .com, .net, .org, etc, address, to be used with your account.)

The service includes:

1) One complete script installation:
Any PHP-based web software will be installed for you.
Examples: Forum software, blog scripts, image galleries, etc.
We recommend: SMF (Forum), WordPress (Blog), ZenCart (E-Shop), Coppermine (Gallery)

2) Complete script configuration:
Your script of choice will be configured to your liking.

3) Two script extentions
Any additional plugins you wish will be installed and configured.
Examples: Templates, themes, mods, addons

4) E-Mail Setup
Up to three e-mail accounts will be created in cPanel, and you will be provided client set-up info.

5) Three other cPanel-related configurations
Anything else you’d like.
Examples: Subdomains, Redirections, Additional FTP accounts, Ruby gems, PHP modules, Cron Jobs, Databases

What the Initial Setup service is:
A fast and easy way for customers without an advanced level of web-related knowledge to set up a functional, secure and aesthetically pleasing site.

What the Initial Setup service isn’t:
Template design, logo creation, custom HTML work, custom programming work

Video tutorials are available within the control panel to all clients – regardless of whether they purchase Initial Setup services or not. Please keep this in mind, as intermediate users will probably be fine setting up their own site with a few video views.

You can purchase the Initial Setup services within 7 days of your hosting package, if you don’t buy it, and decide you should have.
