PEAR, CPAN and Ruby Gems
We’ve been asked this question a lot recently, so we figured it’d be prudent to just make a general announcement about it. You can download and install packages, modules, etc for PHP/Perl/Ruby. In cPanel, just look under “Software and Services.” It’s not that we don’t love getting your exceedingly well-written support requests, because we do. You just don’t really need us to do this, as you can yourself in a few clicks. (Just don’t contact Maria about it. She’s getting annoyed.) (That’s code for “contact Maria about it.”)
