Cloud9Nine Nameservers End-of-Life Announcement

As stated before, the ns1.cloud9nine.net/ns2.cloud9nine.net nameserver set will be going offline shortly. Any clients who manage their own domains (IE, didn’t purchase them through C9WS), must update their nameservers to:
ns1.c9ws.com
ns2.c9ws.com

Phone Support Switch

We recently switched from Skype to Google Voice as our VoIP solution for phone support. If you encounter any problems, please e-mail us to let us know; phone support should be good to go without any problems, though.
